Would coming off food slowly be enough for the body to recognize prana, so as to not drop too much weight, or does one need a clean body in order to absorb prana more efficiently, preventing too drama ...

The reason i ask is because I don't like to drink water and feel its easier to dry fast. Is dry fasting more effective at removing mucoid plaque?

I tried starting my dry fast at 12:00 midnight today and lasted all the way to 11:30 tonight. I caved in and ate food that wasn't even healthy. I can't seem to last more than a day except for one time ...

What makes you think we need water but not food? Too me drinking water is also an addiction but that's my opinion only. Water certainly helps flush out toxins as well.
