Losing too much weight is one reason I'm scared to become breatharian. There was an anorexic woman that weighed only 44lbs; I don't wanna get down that low.

In order to eliminate the need for sleep, you need to sleep every other night until you reach 7 days. From then on you shouldn't need anymore sleep. You need to come off it like any other drug.

I try to drink water but its just too much for me to handle. To me dry fasting seems easier. Idk why. I thought of dry fasting for a month or more, but with showers and stuff. Anyone else like this?

I came off a drug too quickly in 2018 and it caused me to have psychosis and so the psychiatric hospital mislabeled me as having schizophrenia. Not sure if the regular hospital will use that against m ...

I would love to know more about this too. Supposedly not eating or drinking leads to not having to sleep for some reason, or at least a good less need for sleep.
