Hello Joachim...
/the title is my question to you... This is something I've been wondering: would the mucoid plaque peel off by itself over time if the colon has been washed out? I've been thinking on this a bit lately...and it both feels unnecessary / like too much work to manually wash out the plaque over 6+ weeks. If the colon is empty, would it peel off by itself? In which case, one enema now and then would wash out whatever comes off? |

The so called mucoid plaque is one of the most wide spread health problems of modern living man although most people don't feel that they have superfluous mucus inside the intestine.
It does not happen when your diet is right suited to your bod,y in other words, it does not happen when you eat naturally.
You can get rid of the bad mucus by changing the diet and later fasting if necessary. Washing the large intestine will help to remove the mucus only in the part that was washed (usually 1/3 of the large intestine).

Not only much work but also can be damaging to the intestine, all depends how you do the enema and how often.

It will kind of dry (or harden) and stay there waiting to be removed by the product of the digestion process. If the diet is right (most often raw vegan) it will be removed. |

As I [unfortunately] suspected...
Thank you for replying.
Another question...when you went through the Adaptation Process, did you go into seclusion for it?
Whether or not I need to has been a raging inner debate for over a year now, but the "yes" answer is blocked by having no money and needing to complete a 1-year lease of monthly rent payments (lease expires January 31, 2010). :/ I've considered going through the process while working and being around others but I know what you say is true about a person's perspective and perception changing during the adaptation process; I notice it as early as within 5 days of nothing consumed. My personality changes would be immediately noticed by those I work with at a tiny hardware store of only 5 employees (counting myself), as well as plummeting energy levels negatively affecting my work performance. |

I had no chance because in that time I was running my company, so I had to work from 7 am to 11 pm daily. I was working as if nothing had happened when I was in the transition period from an eater to kind of an inediate. |
