That is disturbing. They have the upper hand because people can't see or feel them.

Can you see and interact with / fend off such entities if need be?

Such beings can appear at any place, around any man even the Lightest one. Actually many of them are around people emanating Light, people that can be called Suns. It is like flies at nigh, they go to a fire, to a bulb but they dare not to sit on it because they don't want to be burned.

I know of "the Violet Flame of Transmutation", which I use on myself and surrounding areas now and then. I silently did it intensively while at my workplace in the week prior to my suddenly being "let go" as well as having put 888 on a strip of paper in wallet the day prior. I do not find my eviction there as random timing.
