| Thank you Joachim, but the file is a ".docx", so I can't read it (it needs specifically the 2007 Word Office version). Can you put it with the ".doc" or ".pdf" extension please ? |

I have uploaded the text as a .pdf file, it is here
When using OpenOffice you can easily open many formats, also almost all Microsoft text editors formats. OpenOffice is free and fully futured editing software that can be downloaded from openoffice.org. |

It is also a resource hog, unless they have improved it over the last few years.
