Im curious what you guys opinion are about physical training?

Do we have to train to live longer for example?

Why I ask is because I want to live long and healthy. I dont care if im skinny like some people seem to care about. As long as I have good health and live long im happy and thats my main goal with this life I guess.

Im feeling for the moment that all I want to do is to fast or eat very light and meditate.
I still do some simple asanas sometimes when I feel it is needed. But not practising for a hour or so.

I exercise when I want to. Otherwise, no.

Proper fasting/diet should take care of most health issues. However, physical activity is a good measure of how healthy you are, particularly while fasting. Endurance training while dry fasting is the best measure to tell how well you would be able to maintain breatharianism.

Thank you for your answer!

I need to fast a lot more because I get very low energy after a couple of dry fasting days. And I really want to but my lifestyle isnt so good for fasting at the moment. So I have just started to eat much much lesser food.
