Have you ever had any doubts about it?

If you ever had doubts about this simple fact, consider this again:

That's why those who know say that the closer you get to doctors, the more ill you will become. Of course, there are exceptions, extraordinary doctors, they see what is happening and are warning by informing like in case of this film.

Ugh, prescription drugs!

Last time I took prescribed drugs there were a couple of distressing side-effects. Did my GP immediately suggest a reduced dose? No, he offered me two more drugs to counteract the side-effects of the original one. Made me laugh, right there in his consulting room.

I've never gone in for paranoia re. doctors but I've come around to the belief that they're getting kickbacks from pharmaceutical companies.

Anyway, I said NO THANKS and proceeded to wean myself off the drug I'd been taking.

Now I'm over 60 I'm aware of how many people my age are taking fistfuls of drugs they think they couldn't live without. They get referred to specialists and don't think to mention what drugs they're already taking. Worse, the specialists don't think to ask them.

Then people get muddled about their pills and need the cardboard dispensers with pockets for date and time of day, with their capsules and other medicines neatly packaged. Before they know it a trained nurse has to come in three times a day and supervise.

All good for the economy, no doubt. But definitely not good for health.

I urge everyone to question what doctors are recommending.
