SOME COMMON SENSE STEPS TOWARD BREATHARIANISM

I fast all day, every day on ionized water. I do not eat until late at night one raw meal. My approach is different from the usual way of "breatharian" thinking in that I provide ONLY the most essential, highly concentrated nourshment for my physical needs. I do not eliminate any vitamins or minerals, etc. Instead I build up my intake of antioxidants and superfoods to enjoy extremely good health. I fast every day on ionized water and microhydrin (a powerful antioxidant) without hunger or cravings of any kind. It is a blissful way of life! I believe it is important to make God (wholeness, joy, love and spiritual freedom) the center of your life and primary purpose.

You can find it all here: http://www.wholejoy.com
My page on water fasting is here: http://www.wholejoy.com/ScienceofWholeness/wsn49F6.P2.html

The above links are for you, if you want to make the right changes toward breatharianism in comfort and safety without puting any stress on your body and without going through any drastic deprivations. Only the most direct route to wholeness and well-being is emphasized. The point of all this is to feel great as soon as possible as long as possible and to at least partially remove one from the burden of eating.

This is close to what I practice. Though I haven't tried the ionized water. I think I shall try it. I feel best on one meal a day, and though I am working toward raw food only, I still have some cooked. Thank you for sharing your practices.
