How long should it take to empty out the colon by consuming only fruit juices?

Depends on how regular you are, and what diet you've been on. Animal product takes longer to clear than fruit and veg.

I'm sure there are posts about colon cleansing techniques. If not, it's definitely in JMW's book Lifestyle Without Food, which you can download free of charge.

I would also recommend progressively diluting the juice until you're taking just water.

Well I go about once, sometimes twice a day. I also have body odor so I can imagine that I'm clogged up a bit and that it will take a while to clean out.

If you're in any way toxic you're likely to feel tired, irritable and probably depressed as your system reorganises itself to start burning rubbish. I have similar problems, in that my urine is now very strong (offensive) and I tire easily. In that case I believe it's essential to take things slowly.

What's your diet like? How long have you been detoxing for?

Unfortunately I'm presently retoxing at least as fast as I'm detoxing. Got a few addictions running the show.

Mines mtn dew which has something in it that makes you crave more. I also am addicted to pizza rolls. Not the healthiest things.

Caffeine. I have that problem too, but a fair way down my list.
