1. Do not touch any food that was derived from or contain grains.
2. Drink backing soda water solution in the morning, at least half an hour, before consuming anything.
3. Dry fasting will clean your body from mucus, but is takes time and is dangerous if your over dehydrate your body. |

| The reason i ask is because I don't like to drink water and feel its easier to dry fast. Is dry fasting more effective at removing mucoid plaque? |
