Hello all of you.
I started a raw food diet and intermittent fasting about one or two months ago.
I was on fruits at the beginning (kind of 80/10/10) but my body became very lean and I had to go back eating more vegetables, nuts and oil, and few cooked veges.
I am reading Shelton's book on fasting. He really says that long water fasting are the best to rejuvenate the body and cure all kind of diseases.
So, I am attempting to do a long water fast to detox my body efficiently. The problem is that I have a part time job only very few hours in the morning, but I think I cannot do it while fasting because I have too many detox symptoms (dizziness, tachycardia, bad taste in the month, and weakness in the muscles).
What should I do then?
Is really intermittent fasting the right way to reach a breatharian life style without trying to detox the body qt first?
I need your advices and experience.
Best, Hél?ne

|

...one little detail, depending on the place where you are working, it could be more or less social pressure to lunch, depending of your restrictions to stay just in the living where all your job partners are or can be in other places in lunch time, like in a park nearby your workplace, meaning your boss or colleagues not worring about you starving xd, or being a social eater....
Also the kind of schedule, how is it? 6x1, 5x2, 2x2, 4x4, a bit every day, random day in a week in a intense way, etc. |
