Usually when I say "sugar", I mean the kitchen saccharose. There are other sugars that people often use, for example honey, glucose, fructose, starch. They have similar effect on the body if used as much as saccharose. From chemical point of view they are the family of carbohydrates.

Honey is, from chemical point of view, a sugar (carbohydrate). It, of course, contains also tens of other substances.
Indeed, for some people, in some cases it can be used as a healing substance, but to use it daily would be like eating more carbohidrates.

That is the strongest argument against sugar I have ever read. I wonder about items such as dates? They have a lot of sugar, as well as beets, carrots, etc.? People on raw diets typically eat a lot of the above items.

Thanks for the posting.

Blessings,

Judy

Dates and other fruits reach in sugars can be regarded as any other thing eatable by man. Just remember, if you eat anything that the body doesn't need, you force the body to remove it or store it in form of (mainly) fat. This applies to all the eaten things even if they are so called: “healthy food”.
So, dates are all right if you eat them when the body needs, but the next moment, when the body doesn't need them, they become a toxin, and you force the body to remove the toxin.

It is healthy, if you believe it is.

But in reality, even so-called "healthy" foods are detoxed from the body. Foods don't create the body. Foods are merely an experience that we can have if we choose.

That sure is a big list of bad things that sugar causes
but it should be noted that this is processed sugar and not Fruit
Fruit is perfectly healthy and helps eliminate waste
like you said in a later reply on this topic
once the body has more sugar than necessary it become something to eliminate
so only eat what you need and no more
