I have been on OJ for 4 days now with no problems... I love the taste of it and I never get tired of it. Water bores me.

This is embarrasing because I am 70% water... I dont understand why I could disklike something that is so much what I am!

If the body has enough water and it doesn't need more, it will let your mind to know it. So, better don't force it and don't drink more then you feel thirst. Forcing the body to drink more then it needs, hurts the body. This is one of main mistakes some fasting people do. The human body is not a toilet that needs to be flushed with a lot of water. Smile
