I have seen European fruitarians, who nourish themselves with fruits bought in supermarkets. The physical bodies of almost all of them were suffering -- organs like spleen and liver were not healthy.

But when I look into eyes of fruitarians living in tropical places, almost all of them were healthy.

The main difference between those two groups of frutarians is, that the second ones were eating fruits that are mature and grow i places where those people were living.

great post, but im very sceptical about all the science crap. I did no carb diet for 2 years. Only green veggies, plant oils, good water and all that. I felt like crap for 2 years. That is sick. All raw food also ofc.

In his book, JMW states (I am paraphrasing here) that he knew people who came to Inedia through the Atkins diet (mostly meat).
This of course is against the whole fruit based, higher vibration food type of transition to non-eating.

As he often states, we are all different universes. I adhere to a mostly meat based diet when I eat (I fast anywhere from every other day to 2, 3, or more - up to 7 days is my longest). Low carb, moderate protein, moderate to high fat diets composed of only naturally occurring animal foods (which mimic what we are physically made of), so the body can switch very easy from burning dietary fat to body fat. I know that this way of eating helps me fast, because I am not ever really hungry. I mostly eat now because of stress, and I'm working on lowering my stress levels.

It's not for everyone but it works for me. I expect to follow the suggestion to extend fasting times to finally achieve my goal of spiritual development and to have Inedia as a by product. I will not follow the suggestions to eat fruit. Except avocados or occasional berries.

There is not one perfect diet for everyone, but eliminating processed carbohydrates definitely eliminates much inflammation.

Good luck to all.

has lots of good low carb info, if you need help in that area.
