Hello
I was wondering if anyone here have experienced with intermittent dry fasting say for 16 hours etc everyday and eating/drinking the other 8 hours.
I love to try this but im afraid in terms of performance in weight lifting and other sports because of hydration level etc. Will this have an effect?
How do one hydrate the body? is it with water ? or do one have to eat/drink structural water like in fruit, veggies and foods to get hydrated?

would be great to hear.
