Is coldness also an detox factor, like (intensive) sunlight?

I came to this, because, when its cold outisde, then I must often spit out mucus, in the same way, when Im in direct, intensive sunlight.

Maybe, a chill for example is an detox symptom, and nothing bad, what must be treated?

I'm certain colds and chills are detox symptoms. If we're consuming a lot of mucus-forming foods (ie. dairy products) we get a build-up of mucus that has to come out. The person feels tired, takes to bed, doesn't feel like eating until it's all over.

It could also be pointed out that the bulk of calories consumed are burned up as fuel to maintain body temperature. This is why there are so many heavy people in tropical regions: they're eating three meals a day and burning virtually nothing for warming purposes.

When I fasted for a month, I needed to wear more clothing. It was clear to me that I was detoxing, so I was fine with that.

I agree with you, there is nothing to be treated (medicated) when we have a cold or chill. We need only to rest and let Nature sort it out.
